You have been, and will continue to be, in my prayers daily. I go to church with Dave Rogers, and have been praying for you, Leah and your whole family since knowing about Leah's illness.
I know you do not know me, but if I can do ANYTHING please let me know. I am a mother of 4 boys, 2 still at home, ages 14 and 16, a teacher (spanish) with the rest of the summer off, live near warren and lilley roads in canton, and am willing and able to drive, help out, baby sit, clean your house...WHATEVER!!!!!
God bless you.
You will be in my prayers for many years to come.
In the love of Jesus,
SIncerely,
Alicia Erion

Dearest Family,
Just wanting you to know am joining the thousands already lifting you up in prayer and song.
So very sorry your beautiful little angel earned her wings. While delighted she's no longer in pain, tears stream down my face as I picture you all trying to continue without her physical presence.
Of course you are her Mommy forever...and it sounds like you were awesome parents to Leah.
Thanks for sharing your journey.
Shalom,
Lucel~Melody

My thoughts and prayers are with you, now more than ever. I would like to thank you so much for trusting me to babysit your 2 amazing girls. I am SO blessed to have gotten so close with them. They are memories I will truly never forget. I love you all so much, and I am truly blessed by God to have you for my neighbors and friends. You have taught me to just live your dreams and do what you really want to do, don't wait. I believe that Leah is an angel looking down on us, and she will be in our hearts forever. Let me know if I can do anything to help...I'm willing to do anything. My heart goes out to you all...

Phil, Karen, and Kylie,
Our deepest sympathies and prayers go out to all of you in this time of mourning.
The Dragonfly
Once, in a little pond, in the muddy water under the lily pads, there lived a little water beetle in a community of water beetles.
They lived a simple and comfortable life in the pond with few disturbances and interruptions.
Once in a while, sadness would come to the community when one of their fellow beetles would climb the stem of a lily pad and would never be seen again.
Then, one day, one little water beetle felt an irresistible urge to climb up that stem. However, he was determined that he would not leave forever. He would come back and tell his friends what he had found at the top.
When he reached the top and climbed out of the water onto the surface of the lily pad, he was so tired, and the sun felt so warm, that he decided he must take a nap. As he slept, his body changed and when he woke up, he had turned into a beautiful blue-tailed dragonfly with broad wings and a slender body designed for flying.
So, fly he did! And, as he soared he saw the beauty of a whole new world and a far superior way of life to what he had never known existed.
Then he remembered his beetle friends and how they were thinking by now he was gone. He wanted to go back to tell them, and explain to them that he was now more alive than he had ever been before. His life had been fulfilled rather than ended.
But, his new body would not go down into the water. He could not get back to tell his friends the good news. Then he understood that their time would come, when they, too, would know what he now knew. So, he raised his wings and flew off into his joyous new life, free as the wind!
God Bless You,
The McCluskys
