Karen, Phil, Kylie. My heart goes out to you.Tyler and Leah got sick at the same time, and now are together in heaven playing, with no more cancer!!! I was alerted to your situation today by a co-worker who lives near you. I am so sorry for your loss. She was a beautiful girl and clearly such a blessing to you. I will keep you in my prayers especially now during these days of adjustment to her passing on. I lost my brother when he was 21 to complications in his brain from a car accident and even though it has been almost 25 years since his death, I still miss him. I know however, that he is with God and with me in spirit. I feel sure that Leah is with you also and watching over all of you. God Bless You and keep you close.

Dear James family, I just read all of your entries today (with tears streaming down, of course). You really fought the battle hard for little Leah. You gave her a good quality of life and even though physical things were difficult for her in the end, she remained happy. Though not by choice, you have become so knowledgeable and articulate about this terrible disease - you would be an incredible support to any others going through this nightmare. You will continue to have Leah's presence in your lives, because she will be there, even if you can't see her. You will feel her. And all you have to do is close your eyes and you will see those beautiful blue eyes looking back at you.....
