Our son Trenton has the same type of brain tumor - brainstem gliomas of the pontine. He just finished his radiation treatments and is now going to be taking Temodar (chemo) in rounds. Just like Leah, he presented with very few symptoms - right eye crossing and clumsiness, nothing more. I would love to speak with you - it is hard to find others who share the same emotional turmoil...Our family will pray for Leah and your family..and we will be sharing HOPE with you and Phil as well!!!

I somehow came across your web site and I am so glad I did. I was moved to tears as I watched Leah's beautiful slide show and I couldn't help but feel inspired by her. What a brave, courageous little girl. You are such a caring, loving family and as we struggle with our own challenges, I find I am able to draw strength from your positive outlook. My 2 year old daughter Shelby, was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma, stage 4 (a rare form of soft tissue cancer). We are in the midst of radiation and chemo and feel helpless most of the time as she endures so much pain.
