Hi Karen, I am not able to attend tomorrow's walk but I wanted to let you know that I will be thinking of you and your family. I am glad that you continue to journal and I hope that you keep on doing it. I will say a special prayer to Leah to watch over her sister as she continues to adjust to life without her best friend here on earth with her. Is your trip out west coming up soon? When I read your entry about the butterfly coming out during your journaling, I just thought how cool it was for Leah to send that sign and it brought a big smile to my face. Continued prayers for peace, comfort, and more signs.

Karen, I am so sorry about your mother. Karen, never stop writing. Those of us who understand will always be there to listen and it surely does NOT mean that you are not moving forward. I was thinking about you toady and thought I would stop by and check on you.

Hi Karen, I am so sorry to hear your mom passed. We are never ready to let them go. My deepest sympathy. I watered Leah's pretty plant a few times, I thought it might be the time you went out West, I kinda water who's needs it. I am there almost every other day too. Maybe we will come in contact with each other some time. I am looking into getting a tree planted in Tony's memory, with a plaque. I thought that would be a nice remembrence of a great person and a wonderful son. Keep your faith up Karen, it's all we really have to keep us strong.

Hello, I met you today at the pool very briefly and I have spent this evening reading Leah's Journey and I am very deeply touched by all that you have shared about your angel. I pray for you and your family and I will continue to read your journal. I hope that the journal brings you some peace. I loved the story about the green frog and I believe that it was a sign:) I have never seen a green frog!! I hope that you continue to receive signs. I wish you great success with "Leah's Happy Heart," and as I said today I think that her saying she had a happy heart was a gift to you and your family. P.S. Don't forget about Kylie's swim lesson - you don't want to get another "I told you so!" Julie DeRoeck

That butterfly while you were writing gave me the chills. The 4th was hard for me as well. I can't believe that I can be having a great time laughing and chatting and Cameron is constantly on my mind. I feel like I've become obsessed with what he would be doing if he were still here or what he's doing right now. Does he celebrate the 4th, does he care. I am looking forward to Vegas! Please take care and it's good that your daughter cries, it lets you know that she hasn't just moved on (my biggest fear - that everyone just goes on with their lives and forgets my baby). This will always be a part of who she is - she will be stronger and appreciate life forever. Carla

Karen, Phil, and Kylie, Just a quick note that you are ALWAYS in my thoughts and prayers. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of you all. The other day, a beautiful butterfly was perched for such a long time on my friend's back. He walked around and around and the beautiful butterfly stayed on his shoulder. In a way it was strange, but my first thought was that Leah knew I was praying for her family cause I immediately thought of Leah! Linda
