Karen you sound a little better. I am glad at least Leah is awake again and talking. The change in her appearance has to be hard, for her and you. My child had a trach in his neck as a toddler and I got those same stares and looks. Kids still ask about his scars and it is really hard on him. It is hard for them because when they are so young they just don't understand themselves so it is hard when others don't understand either. Leah is such a strong girl and so very brave. She is doing a great job fighting this thing and I continue to pray every day for your miracle. Love and kisses to Leah from all who love her and don't even know her. Tina
